License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before ordering this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Bersoft, the fact you use this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD AS THEY ARE AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

I.D. number

Before ordering HyperMaker you should provide us the I.D. number that the About window shows at start-up. As the ID is related to your hard disk C: volume serial number, if you change or partition your hard disk, or wish to install HyperMaker on another hard disk or computer because you renovated your equipment, you will need an another registration key.

After four months from the purchasing date (we have established this delay to avoid fraudulent orders), if asked for, we will provide you an activation key for installing HyperMaker on any other computer without needing any further activation keys.

One registered copy of HyperMaker may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used no simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
