Tulip Festival: Do you like tulips?
Canadian Tulip Festival is an annual celebration that has become an important symbol of international friendship in Canada since 1953.
The floral gift that began in 1945 has established this region as The Tulip Capital of North America . In 2002 the 50th Anniversary Canadian Tulip Festival was celebrated. You can see the images from Canadian Tulip Festival at the end and at the beginning of the millennium.

Winterlude takes place in Ottawa and Hull over the first three weekends in February since 1979
every year it attracts thousands visitors from across Canada and around the world.
